- Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information. Misrepresentation may affect the quote or project completion.
3. Payment Terms
- A deposit of 10% is required upon signing the agreement.
- Remaining payments are due as outlined in the project contract, with final payment upon completion.
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% late fee per month.
4. Project Timeline
- Stucco Champions will endeavor to complete projects within the agreed-upon timeline. However, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays, material shortages) may extend completion dates.
- Clients will be notified promptly of any significant delays.
5. Warranty
- Stucco Champions does not provide warranty due to being in an earthquake State.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must ensure access to the property during the project.
- Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or permits unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
- Stucco Champions is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues or damages discovered during the project.
7. Texting Policy
- By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Stucco Champions regarding scheduling, project updates, and other relevant communications.
- Text messages will be used for purposes such as:
- Scheduling appointments or site visits.
- Providing updates on project timelines or details.
- Requesting additional information needed to complete your project.
- Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan.
- If you wish to opt out of receiving text messages, you may reply “STOP” at any time. Note that opting out of text messages may limit our ability to communicate efficiently about your project.
8. Cancellation Policy
