Who qualifies for the referral program?
Anyone who refers a property owner to us — realtors, property managers, HOA board members, general contractors, home inspectors, insurance adjusters, interior designers, and even past customers. If you send us a job that closes, you get paid.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contract. No minimums. No paperwork until the job closes and we need your W-9 for rewards over $600/year. Refer one client or refer fifty — the program works the same way.
When do I get paid?
Rewards are issued within 7 days of the job completing and the client's final payment clearing. We'll text and email you when it's on the way.
What counts as a qualified referral?
A qualified referral is a property owner we hadn't already quoted in the last 6 months who signs a contract with us. The referral must be submitted before we've made contact with the client.
Can my client still use coupons or promos?
Yes — your referral doesn't affect the client's pricing at all. We honor all standard promotions, and our fixed-price quotes stay fixed.
Do you offer co-branded marketing materials?
Yes. Active partners get access to co-branded flyers, photo reports formatted for MLS, and pre-listing stucco assessment PDFs you can hand directly to sellers. Just ask after your first referral.
What if my client needs work urgently before a close of escrow?
Tell us in the project details. We prioritize transaction-critical jobs for our partners and work with you to hit your close or listing date.
How do I track my referrals and rewards?
After your first submission we'll set you up with a simple status link so you can see each referral's stage (contacted, quoted, scheduled, completed, paid). No login required.
